Are you planning an event and need to meet and greet participants and delegates at Cork Airport?

If so, there’s no better way than hiring a mobile courtesy desk in the Arrivals Hall at Cork Airport.

You can either complete the Courtesy Desk Reservation Form which can be downloaded here or email Kathleen.Walshe@corkairport.com to make an application.

Alternatively you may complete a hard copy of this form at the Airport Services Desk in the Arrivals Area at the airport. If you have specific dates in mind for your event, please book early to ensure desk availability.

Please be advised that the fee for this service is €100 a day (plus VAT @ 23%) which is payable in advance at the airport.

Advertising space is also available on the mobile courtesy desk. The dimensions for the top banner are 95cm x 20cm (w x h) while there is also a branding opportunity on the lower curved frontage with dimensions of 115cm x 105cm (w x h).
